"They ran out of bath soaps. The lady said they ordered the supplies but don’t know when it will come. In this case they should have arranged some soaps for customers. Secondly, the carpet in one room was torn and a nail was out and pinched to my daughter’s foot, but the lady just apologized and offered a mat to put over it. We booked room for 5 peoples and for the rollover bed they were charging extra charges. Overall the stay was not pleasant, the receptionist was just apologizing with a tone...

"For a family of 8, we got connected rooms and the breakfast was good too. Overall a decent stay. Some challenges - Housekeeping is not up to the mark and is very slow for any requests. Gym on the property is decent."

"The rooms were nice with tall ceilings. However, the tall ceilings meant it was built with little insulation between floors. Yes, that means every step your upstairs neighbor took pounded through to your room below. I would suggest a top floor room, if that is an option. It's also concerning that the price of the room was 50% higher than a room outside of Philly or Boston for similar hotel (in one case both hampton's). This shouldn't be the case for Buffalo, but it fit our driving schedule...
