"Very clean and very friendly staff. Rooms were decently sized, and we had very little disturbance and noise. Beds were comfy and clean. We paid extra for breakfast which was decent and worth the money (a hot breakfast which is brought to your table and cereal, pastries and hot drinks that you can get yourself). Great location for the quay and old town, with shops, restaurants, pubs and many boat trips nearby. If we were to return to the area we would come back here. "

"Really lovely stay at the hotel. Family of 5, with 3 children 5 and under and we felt very welcome. Perfect for a visit to Peppa Pig only 10 mins away. The staff were great. Really welcoming and no issue with the noise that children bring. Dinner was lovely. Although pub grub it was really tasty. Family room was very big. Although a little tired looking was absolutely fine for our stay. Would definitly recommend and would stay again. Only downside. The outside area would really benefit...

"Check in was friendly and welcoming. Ate a snack in bar,service was quick and food was excellent. Bathroom had bio friendly soaps,which considering the seaside location, I thought was a good idea.overall a good experience."
