"The staff during day and morning were pleasant and very apologetic for the issues we came across. We showed up at 6 pm and room was not ready. "We arrived in the hotel wet from the rain and was welcomed by Zachary Lancaster who was i think drunk and told that he would check the room if the room is cleaned and available while he made us wait for more than 30 minutes he never came back. Glad that there was someone to check us in. But very disappointed with this person and hope it never happens to the next guest. I hope Zachary Lancaster faces consequences with this behavior."

"This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door."

"The entire place smelled like marijuana, cigarette smoke, or fragrance to try and cover up the other smells. They are using the hotel for over flow of section 8 housing so there are homeless people all around the property and in the hotel. There were people doing drugs outside the hotel and no staff member did anything about it. I did not stay and asked for a refund where the staff was very dismissive.
