"The hotel is nice on the surface. Clean common areas and the standard amenities. The room's floor was filthy. I didn't have to look hard to see it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. When I went to the front desk to ask them to clean, their exact words were, "Oh, you're staying less than 4 days so you wouldn't be getting any housekeeping." Also, toiletries and snacks could not...

However, the room layout felt very cramped, with very little space between the desk and the bed, making it difficult to move around comfortably. I was also disappointed with the cleanliness. Shortly after taking off my shoes, I stepped on a piece of glass that had been left on the floor, which was concerning and made me question how thoroughly the room had been cleaned. "Overall amazing hotel to stay, especially for several days as the rooms have a full kitchen with everything you might need. My only complaint was breakfast closing at 9:00am during the weekdays. Room was great, clean, and more or less up to date. There may have been a few areas which could be touched up. Pool and gym were nice additions. And nearly zero noise even next to the highway. Arthur helped us anytime we needed assistance. Recommended for sure!"

"For the price it was not worth it . We only stayed due to a power outage . No breakfast, Starbucks machines were down and the staff tried to charge me for regular coffee . Rooms need to be cleaned especially the carpet due to allergens . Guy didn’t want to give me 2 keys per room initially . We booked 2 rooms . Mot a fan of this location at all ."

"Front desk was very nice and helpful. We rented 2 rooms. The rooms need a deep clean. In one of the rooms the table was dirty with cup stains and it smelled like refrigerator. The other had a rusty ugly looking refrigerator, the front door didn’t close completely flushed and you were able to see inside the room. And it also did not lock properly. The front stated there were no other rooms. Both rooms had water running in the tub so that was very annoying. Will not be staying here again."

"Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!"
