"The actual room was fairly clean with a decent shower and toilet and good selection of tea, coffee and biscuits. Quite a bit of traffic noise from the main road. The building and surroundings are very run down, I wasn't even sure the pub was open to go in and collect the key as the windows had bars on them and the hanging sign was empty. Needs a bit of a paint job. Parking was dodgy, surrounded by bins, rubbish and just not very clear where to park."

"OMG! We arrived and I immediately realized my phone fell out of my pocket in the taxi. Claire was outstanding as I was losing my composure and she was very calming. She knew what to do to help me get my phone back and brought my phone to me with some prosecco! "

"Terrible. Awful. Avoid. The room was filthy dirty. Dust everywhere, carpets were dirty, windows were dirty, room was like something from the 90s, bathroom tiles cracked and chipped, bed was terrible (old mattress and lumpy pillows), room was noisy (noisy plumbing, could hear everything from the room above including them using the toilet), we hardly got any sleep, tv didnt work (maintenance came to the room but was unable to fix the tv), room service food wasnt great and very expensive (£44 for...
