"The room and bathroom were very small but the hotel itself was nice and clean. Omar was great! Very helpful with our bags. So was the lady that checked us in upon arrival. The only bad encounter I had was with one of the housekeepers. I’ve never had any hotel staff speak so rude to me. She was mad because we weren’t out of the room yet when she came to clean. I tried to tell her she could go in and start since my boyfriend was just brushing his teeth before we left but she rolled her eyes and...

"The room is too small, there is not even a chair. No coffee making machine nor an iron box. There don’t provide even drinking water. The only positive thing I can say about this positive thing is the great locational advantage. Other than that, it’s a shabby place. It took a lot of time at the registration desk. I won’t recommend it to my friends. It’s not a good place. Having collected resort fee, they charged $2 for a cup of hot water. It’s a hopeless place"

"At nearly $800 per night, we expected a much higher level of service and attention to detail. Unfortunately, our experience fell well short of those expectations.
From the moment we checked in, the experience felt impersonal, with very little effort made to welcome us or provide the level of hospitality you would expect at this price point.
On our first full day in New York, we left the hotel at 8:30am to enjoy a day of sightseeing. When we returned at 5:30pm hoping to rest and get ready for...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The building was old, but beautiful. I would not want our room again. It was too small. Didn't like the air conditioner in the window and especially when it rained on it it made a lot of noise. I don't see why they can't put hooks on the bathroom door because when you go to take a shower, your clothes have to either be on the floor or the toilet and neither one is acceptable. I would stay there again though because it was two minutes from walking into...
