"Microwave could not be plugged in. Refrigerator not working. Solved by me. Moved cabinet so plug reached. Pushed in on electric multiplug and refrigerator now working. Alert staff could have noticed problem before we arrived."

"The location was perfect! So easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. The view from the marina is fantastic. The sunsets both nights we were there were beautiful! The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great place, and we’d definitely stay again."

"The hotel was well maintained and the staff was very friendly and readily available to help in any way. They offer a free shuttle hourly but there is also a bus stop nearby that goes straight to downtown more frequently."

"Only negative would be the room wasn’t ready when we arrived (1 hour after check in opened). That said 10 minute wait and all was sorted. Very friendly staff (Carlos on front desk especially). Well maintained clean and great view."

"I feel as if the moto today is pay more and get less but that’s across the board for everything. The room needed a few more towels. I don’t mind not having daily maid service ( and I could ask for it) but please give me more than two towels in the room. We were able to ask for more but then again I paid enough not to have to go get more towels. The breakfast nook was very minimal, which wasn’t a big deal for me but again pay more get less. The coffee was terrible. So weak it didn’t even taste like coffee. Again, pay more get less. On the positive I would go back and recommend the hotel. It was a perfect location! Very friendly staff and very clean. The little things that can mean a lot just weren’t there."
