"Breakfast workers didn't do a very good job of keeping everything supplied - ran out of bacon with more than a half hour to go of the breakfast period. Also, one side of the toaster didn't work. Also, no orange juice on one of the days and the other juices were almost empty, again with 30-45 minutes to go yet in the serving period. Overall, breakfast needs some work."

"This was a family trip to celebrate our grand-daughter’s high school graduation. The breakfast bar had something for everyone. The staff were nice and parking was a breeze! The pool was great entertainment for the kids. We had tons of fun playing in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi If we come back to the area, we’d book again."

"This place isn’t worth it compared to other hotels nearby. No ice machine and ice maker made about 12 small block of ice in 5 hours and through the night it make loud noise when it pop out an ice block. There’s only 1 way in and 1 way out which the front main door. Tooth brush and paste are cost now when other hotels would give it for free. No breakfast offered and all the food are bad food. Won’t stay here again."

"Booked suite was not available on check-in due to "all suites having been unexpectedly painted that day", despite reserving months ago. No communication about this ahead of time or even on check-in, only addressed after coming back down to the front desk on noticing the room assigned was not a suite. Only compensation was a day of free breakfast. Hotel employees repeatedly attempted enter room when occupied without knocking. Key-cards inactivated both when trying to transfer to suite once it was...

"Good for one night stop. I clearly mentioned in our search that we are 5 travellers and in the reservation it says good for 5persons though they mentioned 2 queen bed, we are expectig that there is sofa bed or foldable bed, but upon arrival they do not have room that can accomodate 5 so we end up taking another room which offcourse cost us extra."

"Room was fine. It was only a 6-hr stay because of our late flight. Shuttle was disappointing. Our flight did not arrive until 2am ( should have been 11pm). When we got our bag and called for a ride, we were told there is no shuttle from 2-4am. No cabs were left in the queue and we waited another hour for a Lyft to the hotel. I had written when our flight was delayed and no mention was made of limited hours. It made a long, horrible travel day even worse."
