"This was a great stay for solo travel. Close to tourist locations, tube, and cafes. Solo room was perfect size and clean. However, was slightly disappointed by staff contact as I was unable to get ahold of them in the evening via hotel room phone which is a concern as I needed some assistance."

"Very close to Battersea Park, which is great. Sadly, a very neglectful maintenance team. Shower rail broken, shower door off its rail, shower head broken, TV broken, aircon very weak (and turns off automatically after 3 hours). Room clean but rest of property not so much."
