Water is coming out of the shower and the floor is moldy and swallen. So, the washroom door jams. Overall design is somewhat pretentious but with unnecessaryly reduced space and functionality. Would have been better with more conventional simpler approach. Overall recommended though."

Starting from our third night, we repeatedly requested that our bed sheets and duvet covers be changed. We informed the front desk multiple times on the third, fourth, and fifth days of our stay, but the bedding was never properly replaced. "Our room was very clean, had a tub and mini fridge, and was accessibility friendly for my husband with his walker. The hotel is situated in a lovely quiet area, close to a Tescos and transit and shopping. The room service was excellent and the food was delicious. The staff was so exceptional though that they are truly why I'm giving this place 5 stars! Ali at Starbucks in the lobby made every morning pleasant with his positive attitude and kindness. He really stood out, always greeting everyone...
