"Through it took two hours before we were able to get in our room, the room was clean. I loved the couch (similar to a sectional) and the design of the shower. My friends and I had lunch at the hotel restaurant, Urban Star. The menu offered a variety of dishes, including empanadas and chili. Lunch was delicious! Service was great. We parked our rental VIP and the team didn’t disappoint. We experienced very short wait times for our car and were always met with a joyful team member as we arrived at the end of the day. Overall, I had a wonderful time at the Hyatt Regency Houston and would stay there again! "

"Room was not cleaned and very misleading on the number of sleepers. Not sure how more than one is supposed to be able to fit on the pull out sleeper. "
