"We had issue w a premature entry key deactivation and were left outside w a screaming 3 yr old , staff had no idea how it happened , another toddler had a diaper mishap on toddler splash pad and staff didn’t clean until next day. Crowne Plaza Knoxville Downtown University by IHG
"Stay was good. I was trying to find a large bag for soiled clothes. Housekeeping on our floor didn't speak English. Went down to desk, he advised to check with gift shop which had a grocery sized bag. On the way back to room I saw another housekeeper and she knew exactly what I needed."
