"The only thing positive was the very polite and helpful staff. The hotel is currently under renovation and has a distinct chemical smell to it. There was mold in the bathroom and the carpet felt damp. The pool was murky and something that looked like vomit was on the floor next to the seating area. No towels in sight. I could go on but will just sum it up by saying it was disgusting. Also be prepared to give a $100 cash deposit and be told if you lose the receipt you forfeit the deposit?? I...

"The shower seal head mold also hair from somebody else the sink had hair by the faucet the front desk staff were great and they were right we did get back to $100 deposit the breakfast was okay it had a great selection to make waffles such as chocolate chips cranberries granola also had yogurt they had frosted flakes fruit loops for the different types of cereal they also had milk the coffee had vanilla creamer and hazelnut creamer and then it had flavored juices squirts for coffee we do not...

"I stayed in a handicap room, and the walk-in shower drained out the bathroom door. I did bring it to the front desk's attention. They knew already. I just asked for extra towels to soak up the water everywhere. You can tell they are trying to make it look upgraded but if you look closely, they didn't replace, just painted over items. No pool, but had a washer and dryer. The breakfast was lacking, with not a lot of fresh choices. Forks/knives provided were the cheapest, bent even when trying to...

"I was on Concierge level - a first for me. The room was amazing! Concierge level had a separate lounge Mon thru Friday for Continental breakfast. On Saturday I had to go to main restaurant for breakfast where it was very understaffed, they ran out of many main items early, they didn’t speak English (cook said 5 minutes for everything and I waited 30 minutes and didn’t get my item; server didn’t understand Earl Gray Tea), and the selections were much less than what was available at concierge...

"Do not judge a book by its cover. They are doing renovation in the area around the hotel. Once you find the small entryway you will see a beautiful hotel. Inside is wonderful. Staff was kind and on top of everything you wanted. Bar in lobby. Food on premises or within walking distance. Grocery store a 1/2 block. We would stay there again. Very clean and quiet rooms. "
