"We stayed in room 204 and it was extremely noisy all night. It was hard to sleep because of the noise. We have stayed at this Drury Inn many times and the last 2 times we stayed, it wasn’t a very pleasant experience. So many children running around with no parental supervision. Hardly any parents in the pool area to watch the children that were in the pool and hot tub. It would be nice to have just an “adult” time in the pool and hot tub for even just an hour. Food was good. Only problem was finding a clean place to sit and eat because no one cleans up after them selves. They really need more staff during breakfast and kick-back times just to try and keep the tables cleaned off for people that want to eat in that area. They also need more handicap parking. I travel with my 100 year old mother that uses a wheel chair and there is very seldom any handicap parking available."

"Staff was great, property is clean. Rooms are spacious and comfy beds. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast with hot and cold foods (eggs, sausages, potatotoes, cereal, oatmeal, toast, bagels, fruits and cinnamon rolls). There was only 1 working elevator and being in downtown, there were times you had a long wait for the elevator. There were 5 of us but room only had 3 towels. Also the hand soap was empty. Those issues were resolved fairly quickly. There is a $22 parking fee for each day. But it includeds in and out privlidges. Which was great. When we checked out we left our car in the parking garage while we explored downtown louisville. Great stay!!"

"If you’re looking for a family hotel this is for you. If you are a couple looking for a place, this isn’t it. We picked this hotel because it had a pool and the location seemed like there were restaurants around to choose from. The breakfast was free but not great and the coffee was terrible. Plus the amount of people you had to deal with to get breakfast… not worth it. We got in the car and drove to Starbucks. The pool was so small and next to a window where anyone walking in the street would see you. Plus it was full of kids. Most of the restaurants were closed down and the homelessness and drug addicts made it feel uncomfortable to walk to Whiskey row or the casino. The rooms are huge, super clean and comfortable but we did have a kid running back and forth on the floor above. We called the front office and they went up there immediately and it was stopped. The employees and the hotel were very nice. I would just not stay here again based on the location and the amenities!"
