"I honestly don’t even know where to begin with this place. My stay at WoodSpring Suites was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The room was dirty—like, visibly dirty. There were stains on the floors, questionable spots on the furniture, and the overall smell made it hard to even relax. And then there were the roaches. Not just one or two—I’m talking about multiple sightings throughout my stay. Seeing bugs crawling around your room at night is beyond unacceptable. It made it nearly impossible to feel comfortable or safe. The smell made everything worse. It wasn’t just unpleasant—it felt unhealthy to even be in the room for long. Between the odor and the bugs, I couldn’t bring myself to stay. I ended up leaving and having to find another place at the last minute, which was stressful and completely avoidable if basic standards had been met. Customer service didn’t make things any better. When I brought up the issues, the staff seemed completely uninterested and dismissive, like they’d heard it all before and just didn’t care. No urgency, no apology, no effort to fix anything. Overall, I would not recommend staying here unless you’re okay with dirty conditions, bugs, and terrible service. Save your money and your sanity—stay somewhere else."

"Hair had to be washed out of the tub before showering. Room floor needs to be washed. My feet were dirty after showering and walking across the room. At check-out desk attendant was sitting hunched over with hoodie up over her head scrolling on her phone not paying attention to a thing going on around her. Not a place I would stay again."

"Parking was secure and safe. A lot of food and things in the area to do it seemed. Only stayed one night. Pool was clean however could use some maintenance. Overall the hotel was clean: breakfast was hot and had good choices. Room was clean but my biggest complaint was the bathroom. The tub was not level and pooled water. The bathroom needed updating. The shower head wasn’t great. The tub was slippery. Our bed was very elevated. My mother is 4”10 and in her 70’s she could not get in it without assistance. "
