"I can’t put into words how great my stay was at Element PTC. From the GM to the staff EVERYONE WAS GREAT! I was truly sad to leave! They made me feel like family. "It was great overall! I had trouble finding a working ice machine - literally went to like every floor before asking the front desk. That was really the only problem I had. Pool was decent, gym was kind of small but had the essentials. The attached restaurant was delicious and the servers were super nice!"

"Customer service was outstanding, all employees were helpful and friendly. There was a very nice continental breakfast included. Unfortunately the waffle makers were not working but all the other food was tasty and warm except for the sausage patties. The room was clean and the shower had great pressure with plenty of hot water. It was handy have a good sized refrigerator. "
