"Everything is great"

"I had to stay one night only, for a short business trip and I am glad i found this place. I was not expecting the most luxury nor up to date hotel after reading some reviews but as long as it was clean i was satisfied. Well, i booked the small room and i was very pleased, it was immaculately clean, the sheets were super soft, and all pressed. This will be my regular place every time I need to travel to this area. I am.glad I found it and i didn't break the bank to stay in The Hamptons. "

"Loved the space. We stayed in the suite upstairs and it was so spacious. Had a cute sitting area and it was nice and clean. One downside is the access other guests have to the balcony. Anyone can just come up the stairs and look in your windows if the curtains are not closed just right. Customer service was good and we really enjoyed the cute breakfast baskets in the morning. "

"Loved the room and the lighting for reading while on the couch. Both the bathroom and living area were spotless, well it, and comfy. Breakfast selection was the best I've seen in similar type hotels in a LONG time. Staff was great and helpful."

"We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf bij The Three Ducks. De kamer was ruim, stijlvol en supercomfortabel – echt een plek om tot rust te komen. De omgeving is zalig rustig en straalt pure luxe uit. Er zijn wel een paar kleine dingen die het verblijf nog net iets vlotter hadden gemaakt. "The room was just as pictured, nice & spacious: we stayed in the Mae West room. It was clean & had a Kuerig coffee maker w/ pods, tea & water; as well as a mini bar for a fee & free cold breakfast or for a fee hot breakfast daily. The complimentary pick up & drop off at the Sayville LIRR was a big help because I was traveling with 3 bags. The bed was comfortable & the property grounds are impressive. There is hot tub, pool & fire pit seating area. The hosts have a very pleasant demeanor. ...
