"The room was excellent, clean and the furniture was awesome. Room was cleaned daily, the property was very clean and nice. The only bad thing was the resort fees. They were higher than they stated in Expedia and they kept $30 more the the price the hotel told me. Food was great also. I would definitely stay there again. "

"I booked through Hotels.com. They neglected to say check-in was going to be in the other tower, which was a very far walk from the main tower. Also, I thought I would be able to do the kiosk check-in and apparently that didn’t work because I was not in the right tower. So I waited in a long long line only to find out I was in the wrong place. However, the room and the service was very nice. It just was extremely frustrating. "

"Room really showed the age of the hotel. It was clean but the furniture/desks has major wear tear. The outlets needs to be updated and the lamp inbetween the beds didn't work. Our room was very warm even when AC turned down to 60'. But our window view was great! Check in was a breeze and the staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel felt safe and easy to get around. "

"The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping staff didn't know how to count towels or check the soap and shampoo and conditioner bottles. They were empty and we had to hunt them done to get more. We were missing enough washcloths which was frustrating. Other than that, the grounds were well kept and the place was well cared for."
