Good

love everything especially the very helpful and friendly staff:)

excellent

Great place to stay, very close to Kintetsu-Nara train station. Lots of places nearby to eat nearby. A short walk to the park. Breakfast and coffee in the morning was very nice. Our only negative point, our room (201) did smell of smoke quite strongly. We believe it was above the smoking room downstairs. Overall a great stay and would recommend highly.

The hostel has a great location, is budget-friendly, and feels safe and secure. It was a comfortable stay overall. However, I was a bit disappointed that the staff kept speaking to me in Chinese, even though I communicated in English the entire time. While I understand a little Chinese, communication would have been better in English.

Friendly staff (they also speak English fluently) Good location, 10 minutes Walk from Tennoji station, a couple of Kombinis around as well. Large, pretty tatami room. Super clean and lovely. large shared space with tables and couches, and shared kitchen downstairs. Would definitely recommend. The only fault I could find are the check-in /check out times (4pm/10am) although those are pretty common for Japan. And we had to pay (200¥ Pp) to store our luggage before checking in as we arrived early....

I loved this guesthouse. The staff were unbelievably helpful, and the facilities were excellently maintained and cleaned. As a solo traveller staying in the dorm room, I felt they had the mix between being welcoming and friendly while having a degree of privacy and space just right. The 'capsules' were a decent size, and well planned with space to store things in them; they were clean and comfortable too. The location was perfect - very near a metro station, which itself was quite near most of...

Quite close to Osaka Umeda JR station and has lots of options to eat around, cafes and restaurants as well as convenience stores

The room was an odd shape but didn't impact our stay. Air conditioning in the room was great, and we had our own bathroom. The bed was very comfy and staff provided extra pillows when asked. The location of the hotel is really good for two metro lines, there is also a 24h family mart not far up the road, a lovely cafe around the corner and plenty of local places to eat. Staff were very friendly and accomodating to requests and issues. The onsite laundry was great, only a few 100 yen to wash and...
