"Everything was excellent . Only thing is the only thing wrong was that they require for their guests to pay for parking. You are already paying to stay in their facility guests shouldn’t be required to pay for parking . "

"I travel a lot and I have to say this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had in a long time. The hotel is run down. The AC was not working in the room we got and it was 89 degrees. We requested a different room, and was moved to a room without a river view but we were not reimbursed. The new room's shower head was broken; and the soap dispenser did not work. When I tried to call reception to ask for help, I discovered the phone did not work. There was a private event downstairs and with the acoustics it was very loud in the room till 11pm. I will definately not stay in the hotel again and hope that Expedia will refund the difference between river view room that we lost. It was horrible."
