"Brian was helpful explaining parking and taking care of our vehicle. Leeza was great taking care of us at checking in and check out. She was friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean, and comfortable. It was not a large room but it had everything you need. It was also close to river walk and other sites im walking distance."

La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham San Antonio Riverwalk

"Breakfast was great, however more strict monitoring should be made regarding persons serving themselves an overloaded plate of sausages 20-30 pieces, bread, and eggs. It's not my first time of stay and having witnessed it, Sadly, having to wait for a new batch to serve myself when I'm on a day schedule. Other than that appreciate it the free breakfast."

"I liked this hotel because it is very close to the U.S Courthouse. Besides, It is in front of HEB. On the other hand, It is close, to San Antonio River Walk and other historic places. The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff is very kind, in front desk and in the kitchen, at the moment when we have breakfast. I didn't like several details, as, in one room (We had 2 rooms), the bath tube was stuck and the shampoo dispenser was empty. Also , the ice dispenser on that floor (Level 5), didn't work. I hope the manager fixes these details for the next visitors. Thanks."

"This hotel is very nice. It’s a historic building and very well maintained. This room was small but it felt like an apartment. The beauty of the hallway and the rooms were inspirational. I felt like I was taken back in time. Heather was the front desk employee and she was awesome. Super helpful and friendly. Courteous and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great. The staff all around were friendly. We will definitely recommend it."

"The staff was very helpful and efficient, even during y'all's peak check-in time. When we didn't know how to start check-in, they helped us all the way from valet to our room. The bell hopper was very informative and so nice! We were very pleased with the lighting and TV cast features and all of the room amenities! We'll definitely make this our San Antonio spot whenever we come down from Austin. :)"

"Soon as we walked into our room, it had a weird smell similar to cigarettes that was very unfortunate as the first impression the, next day it wasn’t as bad. There was lots of dust on the phone in our room, in the bathroom and in the corners of the room. Everything else seemed pretty clean in the room. I did notice the mirrors in the elevators were very dirty. That was pretty unusual to see. The food area was pretty clean. Staff was very on point with cleaning and attending to guess. They were super friendly and greeting everyone."
