"Room appeared clean. Barking dogs all night. We are married seniors, although booked two months in advance, were given a room that said Pet Suite on the door. In the morning found a small crawling bug on one bed, smacked it & left blood underneath, probably a flea or tick. "If an IKEA opened a beach motel it would look like the Surfside! Room was bare, cool and clean. The entire place (rooms and common areas) have the same flooring that was sticky no matter where you walk. If they un-sticky the floors this place is a cute little 10/10. "This is by the most disgusting rundown hotel I have ever stepped foot in. The moment you enter you are overrun by the smell of mold, cigarette burns on bedding, cockroaches crawling all over and filth all over. came into town with 14 other rooms for a game, and we all walked in and left. refused to refund money, so we paid 240 each to step in for 5 mins and leave. Stay AWAY!!! Run as far as you can!!!!"
