"Property was very clean and spacious. Well laid out for large families and groups. Games room/garage was perfect for entertaining kids. Great access for Snowdome and Birmingham, Cadbury’s world etc. Communication from Darran was very quick and professional. Great example property that we’d happily book again - thank you. "

"The house hadn’t been cleaned properly, there was thick dust on every surface in the bedrooms, the carpets hadn’t been hoovered, we were missing a duvet on one of the beds and we didn’t have enough towels. There was an ashtray in the garden full of cigarettes ends from the previous occupants. There’s no mirrors in the bedrooms and the bathroom mirrors have no plug sockets making it awkward for anyone using hairdryers. I would not recommend this property to anyone."

"Very spacious and well-equipped cottage. Welcome treats on arrival were a kind gesture (for our dog too!). Perfectly located to visit the Peak District and Derby Dales. Hosts were very responsive. "
