"Clean house on a quiet street, however the garden was a mess and unusable for my children. There were loose bricks laying in the grass and cigarette butts everywhere (even in the BBQ). The fences surrounding the garden were broken and one section had fallen, meaning the garden was insecure and dangerous for children."

"Check in was a disaster. They didn't communicate through email any check in instructions, they use an App that I don't have or use. Once we cleared that up it took almost an hour from the time I got the the property to figure out their demands to get an expensive deposit made until I could get a code to get into the place. The management company the owner uses for check in is a disaster. Poor customer service, didn't respond to most emails. The place itself is small and basic which is fine....

"Once we opened the door, we were welcomed with a refreshing fragrance! The house was clean but the shower cubicle could be cleaner. The beds were comfortable and we had 6 beds for a family of 5! The kitchen was well equipped with a working fridge/freezer and microwave, which we used. We did not use the kettle, toaster or cooker but they were available.
