"This hotel was the best maintained and cleanest one at which we have ever stayed. Very reasonably priced. The hot breakfast was a big plus. There were always workers sweeping and picking up any trash. Staff was very friendly and efficient. This will be our “go to” hotel in the future."

"Nice place to stay, rooms are a bit dated but appear well maintained. I gave 4 stars, would have given 5 but the drinks and snacks available by the front desk are obscenely expensive, 4x the price at a regular store."

"We had great stay staff was friendly and helpful! We had just two issues felt our room air conditioner was working as well as should room didn’t get cold enough for us Another the sink had a leak below. We did contact manager and they had some one take a look and try to fix it but they couldn’t so they switch our room and they gave us a food and beverage credit which I thought was really nice ! The hotel is nice and away from the downtown crowds which we appreciated and we got to see a young bear ans deer. Pool was clean and kids had fun with that. I just think the hotel needs a little lift and felt the dj ing was a little pricy but we ate outside downtown area and pigeon forge so that wasn’t the worst thing but other than that would stay again"

"Property is immaculately kept. Nice stay for families. Close to Dollywood and the strip in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Only issue is that I booked early and the rate went down by $400. The resort refused to honor the new rate but upgraded us to a four bedroom, which we didn’t need."

"Our family loved this experience! After a long day of traveling, the beds were VERY comfortable- we slept great. (We also got to enjoy the lovely indoor pool & hot tub open till midnight!) Our 1st floor room overlooked the lovely outdoor pool area, and we enjoyed our covered outdoor patio. The room was perfectly clean. Some aspects of the room decor were slightly dated, but very clean and in good condition- no complaints, especially considering the reasonable room rate. In the morning, the breakfast area was spacious/attractive and breakfast hit the spot. Kids loved the waffles and selection was good. Husband enjoyed the biscuits and gravy. The coffee wasn't amazing but hey, it's caffeine :) After breakfast we loved the outdoor pool experience- lazy river was a big hit. Water temperature was very comfortable. The outdoor hot tub was also great! The staff kindly allowed us an extended checkout till noon- everyone was very hospitable and friendly. The interior of the property was updated/attractive/clean/well-maintained. They had a nice lounge & work area just off the lobby. The grounds around the hotel were lovely and peaceful. I love that it was set back from the main strip of Pigeon Forge, yet SO close to everything. The sound of the running river/creek on the front of the hotel was also very peaceful. Overall we felt this experience was an incredible value and we look forward to returning. Only wish we could have stayed longer!"
