"Booked this hotel last minute on the way to Canada. Absolutely beautiful!!! Amazing view. Awesome restaurant. Room was on the second floor had a nice lake view. Room was super clean and had a nice shower."

"Property looks like it could use sprucing up. The room was clean, bed comfortable. Adequate shower & bathroom amenities. AC worked well, but the air was humid. I had to put on the heat for a while to dry things up. I had a 2 night reservation; they didn’t clean the room in between. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"Cobwebs in the door frame. Smelled mold and floor seemed damp. Also there was a creepy shed in the back of the property with light on all night. Frosted panel on bathroom window was half on. Also still had the medal tissue holder that was rusted still in the bathroom from the 70-80’s. I also felt the wall were way too thin. Could hear neighbors at 7:00 am the day I wanted to sleep in. I would not stay there again."

"Highly recommend this motel! The location is perfect for walking around bar harbor with a quick drive to the national park. The coffee, snacks, breakfast options available are a bonus. The beds were comfortable as well. It was also a short walk to a playground nearby for anyone staying with kids. I would stay here again."

"The location was alright. The room was outdated. The bathroom had rust on the heating unit. The cleaning lady did a nice job with what she had to work with. There seem to have a problem with the septic system for the flush didn’t always flush good.When the room was booked it said the pool would be open for the season 2026. When we arrived for a long weekend for July 4th the pool was closed and stayed closed until the last afternoon we were there. It was in the 90’s every day. The air...

"Our stay was adequate. Although the room smelled clean when we arrived, there was a musty smell every time the HVAC was running. Our breakfast experience wasn't good, they ran out of oats, bagels and some other food items during breakfast time and never replaced them for the next day. We will unfortunately not go back to this Best Western again."

"It is a older motel with some rooms remodeled. Great to put your head down for the night. We only stayed 1 night, on arrival got changed and went out, came back to sleep and leave first thing in the AM. Suited my needs"
