"Overall it was a pleasant stay. The carpet looked like the vacuum did not go over some areas as there was noticeable crumbs/dirt in one area but otherwise very clean. All hotels should get their pillows wherever Holiday Inn Express&Suites gets theirs. These were flat and lumpy. It is also so much better to have a dispenser with liquid soap at bathroom sink v bar soap. Always enjoy when they give you bottled water, they did not, was not recognized as Hilton Member. "The location was convenient to downtown. The parking was a long walk from the second floor room that we had and no elevator. Our bedroom ceiling fan did not work and the commode seat was not attached to the commode. We did like that it had a full service kitchen and washer and dryer."

"As a Valued Rewards member. I enjoyed my stay. However the only thing I noticed was the housekeeping accidentally forgot to clean my microwave and the elevators needed a touch up cleaning. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will return in a couple days"
