"Room had a good size, but was quite dusty overall. On the last day we found a massive blood stain under the mattress cover which is definitely one star down! Bathroom was clean though, just a little bit of a sewer smell when we arrived but it soon vanished. Another star is down for room temperature. Upon arrival there was 26!! degrees in the room. I immediately changed the A/C to 20, which also happened to be minimum temperature setpoint. In two days and two nights the unit was unable to bring it down lower than 24. Radiators kept heating on a full whack and it was balmy 17 degrees outside. Other than these two downsides, hotel is sleek, modern and with good amenities like community kitchen, lounge areas, laundry/ironing room or luggage storage."

"Noisy room, just over the recycling and trash so that woke me up at 6:30 am . And the windows on the first floor without screens made it impossible to have any privacy. Plus the coffee maker was constantly out of order."

"The hotel is conveniently located. Had problems with internet but fixed day 2. Nice place Do not recommend Eco tours located at hotel. Took expensive scooter tour and felt unsafe. Decided to quit for safety sake. The guide was good but left the manager to pick up scooter and left me in a park high above city alone. The manager came to pick up scooter and was abandoning me in the park. I asked about a taxi and he said it was not his fault. I did not ask for refund just a taxi back to hotel. Manager offered to call me taxi but kept berating me for asking for help. I told him to leave if he did not stop blaming me for being left. Manager did not care I was left alone, no phone to call taxi and no Polish to ask for help. He took off and left me in the park. It took me over an hour to walk far enough to get internet to call for help. If I had been injured riding scooter I fear Eco would have left me to take care of myself. Do not trust this company. No care for their clients."

"Everything about this hotel is 1st class, couldn’t find anything to fault at all. Would 100% recommend this hotel, staff were friendly (nothing too much trouble), service was outstanding and well the breakfast was best we’ve ever had in a hotel."
