"This was by far the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at during our yearly trips to Billings for a family mini-vacation! During the pre-check in process, I was able to request a 1st floor room and was pleased to see this was accommodated when we arrived! Staff was constantly cleaning and wiping down surfaces in the lobby and hallways. Our trash was removed and our towels were changed daily, and the breakfast was very family friendly.
