"Fire place wasn't working for us and the heater was so loud we had to turn it off. Would have been nice to be able to use the fireplace. Told in the morning that the fireplaces were tricky. Would have been nice if there was a note to say to call front desk if it would not work for us. You could not hear the tv with the heat system on."

A few areas of the hotel were being renovated and the elevator sounded like it was going to break anytime it started to move. Beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean. "We got to this hotel and I had reserved a king size suite with kitchenette. When we got to our room it was 2 queen sized beds. The front desk told us there is a glitch and when it comes through to them it shows “2Q” or something and not the correct room. They didn’t have the correct room available to provide me unfortunately so we didn’t even stay and are supposed to be getting a refund. Very disappointing."
