"We came in late, requested a handicap room, did not receive. Furniture in room was broken, room 437. Room had a strong odor of carpet fresh. The emergency door handle was broken, and the continental breakfast was not what I normally get at your hotel. Just not what I expected. I plan to speak to the hotel manager. It seems like everytime I go through a third party especially Hotels.com I get the crappiest rooms. So disappointed at $250 per night."

"Impeccable in every detail. For a girl’s weekend it was the best spa we have ever been to. I am so happy that we splurged and spent 2 nights because it made our stay so easy and relaxing. The rooms are immaculate and large; truffles at turndown were amazing. The pool service and sun area are top notch with delicious drinks and small plates. Outstanding staff that treat you like royalty! We can’t wait to go back and make it a tradition!"

"didn't get room requested due to "WHAT ?" - I'm a disabled VET and identified myself as so when i checked in . I have issues sleeping. requested upper room away from noise and pets odors and dander due to issues. However, was booked in room on 2nd floor in front of the atrium area noise and waffle irons beeping people talking each morning awaking us. I had requested accommodations at front desk at check in as I had when booking and desk attendant was aware of request during check in... Actions by employees like we experienced are not good for business and Wydham should function at a higher level than experienced.... also, when checking out this korning I did not get a receipt.... Need to know no extra charger were added... Thanks...."

"The location is not great - it is close to a busy highway. This is a Remodeled Old Motel - and it shows. If end up getting a room here, make sure you ask for a room all the way in the back of the hotel, which is much further away from the main traffic area. The rooms are NOT clean, small and you can hear everything that is going out outside. The rates are not very expensive, but you can find a better place for a similar price."
