Francis Scott Key Family Resort

"We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed our time here! The property was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. It was a great place for us to relax and spend time together. We especially appreciated that it was family-friendly and accommodating for our group. Parking was convenient, and the overall location worked well for everything we wanted to do. The property matched our expectations and helped make our trip and my mom’s 70th birthday celebration even more special. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to other families looking for a comfortable place to stay."

"The pool area was ok but can use some sprucing up . it doesn't look like it does in the pictures but overall was a good area compared to a lot of them. The common areas and office , elevators and game room were well maintained and very clean, Our room the king suite with a view was nice. it had a good view of the city and the bay. It also had a small ocean view which was ok but not as good as the bay /city view.you really cant call it a view, id call it a peek but it was very walk able and a short distance to the beach. The parking was excellent. The only issue with our room was that the balcony door had no screen door to leave the door open and the curtains needed some fixing but it was very clean and nice. our biggest will we rent that room again is that it is located right outside the elevator and ALL night all you can hear is it going up and down as we were on the 5th floor so be prepared to lay awake for quite awhile. we did sort of get used to it by day 3 but still ALL night until about 2 am which is no fault of the hotel staff , its just the way it was built . The front desk guy was really nice as were the housekeeping staff."

"This I our third time staying at Crystal Hotel. When we checked in- Our room was very nice and clean by Lisbeth. The second day we arrived Kamila cleaner our room and made a flower of our towel on our bed. It was very thoughtful. Loved the bar"

"Everything was super great. I do not need room service but when I did ask for some towels and washcloths, I was told by one of the cleaning ladies there was none available, but they would bring me some later so I took the tag off the door so the cleaning staff would come in. I never received any that whole day or the next morning.. I even notified the woman in the hallway that afternoon. Overall, my stay was fantastic. Could you put different lights outside on the decks too bright and attractive mosquitoes?"
