"The overall room location was overseeing the pool and partial oceanview, which was perfect. However the receptionist who checked me stated that she wasn't going to charge my card for parking, I could pay cash upon check out. Found out during check out that she charged my card upon arrival any. I was pissed a little because I could have given her cash as requested. The receptionist that checked me out was sweat, she refunded my money to the card after speaking with management and explaing what happened and I was able to pay with cash. She stated she didn't understand why her colleague would do that and not explain that she took the money from the card and not accept the cash."
