"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My favourite hotel in Zakopane! This was my second summer staying here, and once again it was absolutely amazing. I can genuinely say this is probably my favourite hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Whenever I come back to Zakopane, this is the only hotel I would book. The location is perfect beautiful, convenient, and an excellent base for enjoying Zakopane and the mountains. The hotel itself is gorgeous, comfortable, incredibly clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The breakfast is AMAZING! There is such a great selection, everything is fresh and delicious, and it was honestly something I looked forward to every morning. I also have to mention the pool because I normally hate swimming in public or hotel pools, but I absolutely love this one. It is always exceptionally clean, the water feels so fresh, and there isn’t that overwhelming chlorine smell that you get at so many other pools. It’s one of the few hotel pools I actually look forward to using! The staff are wonderful friendly, professional, helpful, and welcoming throughout the entire stay. You can really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the hotel and making guests feel comfortable. After staying here for two summers in a row, I honestly wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when I’m in Zakopane. It has become my home away from home in the mountains, and I already can’t wait to come back next summer! ❤️🏔️ Highly, highly recommend!"

"We had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel - the children especially loved it. The service was excellent throughout, and there were so many lovely Polish touches. The location was perfect for us too: close to everything, but away from the madness of Krupówki. The spa was brilliant. The pool never felt too busy, the jacuzzi was perfect, and the sauna area was amazing - three different saunas plus a steam room, with the whole space feeling incredibly calm and relaxing. A really lovely hotel and a great place to come back to after a busy day in the mountain. We’d definitely stay again."

"Obiekt w bardzo atrakcyjnej lokalizacji, jako plus. Kłopoty z parkowaniem w związku z tym. Na szczęście w pobliżu hotelu to możliwe choć nie jest to najtańsza opcja /bezpłatnie dla rezerwacji bezpośrednich i 20EUR dla pozostałych/. Obiekt obsługują wspaniali ludzie, zawsze pomocni i uśmiechnięci. Jednym z ciekawszych udogodnień jest możliwość wyboru poduszki do spania z menu, dzięki czemu pierwszy raz spałem na końskim włosiu. Mały minus za brak gotowości stanowiska do smażenia omletów na śniadaniu od godziny 7. Poza tym śniadania bez zarzutu, szeroki wybór produktów atrakcyjnych, smacznych i dobrej jakości. Powitanie w hotelu bardzo miłe ale pożegnanie także. Pomoc w zapakowaniu bagaży i wyprawka - herbata w prezencie i woda na drogę. Wspaniały hotel."
