"Rooms didn’t have a microwave so a little bit of an inconvenience, and Hot tub was lukewarm. No elevator, so getting up and down the stairs with everything was kind of a pain. However the staff was great and besides the hot tub, the pool area was nice. Rooms were nice and clean."

"well, when i went to check in - i had to pay 2 $30 incidental fees for the two rooms i had booked which is no big deal - but in getting the money back - that has been a whole different situation. i've received 1 of the $30 payments - but not the other. ive been emailing back and forth with the GM i'm assuming - and then all of a sudden she's quit emailing me after she's said she'd figure out what was going on - nothing. no responses - i've emailed her twice since then. the public bathroom by the...
