"It was a very nice room with a lovely view. The amenities at the hotel are excellent although we didn’t really use them as the weather was cool. We found the dining room extremely expensive. On the first morning (Sunday) they only offered brunch from a buffet. We don’t eat large breakfasts so we ende up paying $160 for two breakfasts which we thought extortionate. We had one dinner in the main dining room. The mal presentation was very good but the portions were small, the service was very slow,...

"La piscine et le spa était en réparation durant notre séjour ce qui était vraiment décevant étant donné que nous avions sélectionner cette hôtel pour cette raison. De plus aucun message ne nous à été envoyé pour nous prévenir avant notre arrivée ce qui à gâché notre journée puisque nous nous étions rendu le plus tôt possible dans l'idée de profiter de la belle journée dans la piscine. Rendu sur place on nous fait l'annonce et aucune forme de compensation ne nous à été offert, un crédit...

"Matelas très inconfortable, douillette mince comme une feuille et réveillé en pleine nuit par une fausse alarme de feu. Le dernier élément est incontrôlable et ça peut arriver, alors que les 2 premiers sont inacceptables, surtout pour une suite Jr à 300$ la nuit :("

"Great place to base a stay in the Magog/Orford region. Comfortable and quiet room at a very affordable price. Downstairs is a very, very fine BYOB restaurant. We had a terrific stay and will plan to return."
