"The breakfast was not provided as advertised. Small bag of apple crisp and prepackaged oatmeal cookies n coffee was the only items offered. Room had ants and building is falling apart. Bedding was not clean."

"Great view from the balcony room. Could have used a little more vacuuming but otherwise very clean and neat. Helpful staff and free breakfast. We are planning to stay here on our next Spokane trip."
