"It was a very disappointing experience. My family and I stayed one night after a late check-in past midnight. When we entered the room, it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and even had ashtrays inside. The walls were dirty and appeared not to have been cleaned in quite some time, and the overall condition of the room felt run down.
We were so uncomfortable that we chose not to stay for our second night and forfeited the cost. We ended up finding another hotel and left as quickly as possible....

"First, the hotel is under renovation and that was not mentioned on the website. Second, the pool was closed due to the renovation. Third, I asked for my room to be cleaned on day 4 and no one ever came. Fourth, my air conditioner froze up. I unplugged it ( I am EPA certified for HVAC). The tech plugged it back in and never repaired it. I had to be relocated to another room. Twice I went down to the lobby for breakfast and the coffee was not made. "When I got to this hotel that I had made a reservation for, they told me that they had no rooms available which caused me to scramble to find another hotel. Then they have the nerve to charge me for one night. When I called all they would say was it was their policy. I am seriously rethinking about using Expedia for my reservations ever again. "
