The hotel is very dated, our room was not cleaned very well. Hair still in the shower and corners of bathroom floors, crumbs near edge of beds. $299.00 for two queens for one night and learning the bar and restaurants in the hotel are closed upon check-in. Wifi very spotty. very unsatisfied with this hotel, pictures do not look like what the hotel looks like in person.

Rooms are old and not well maintained.
At the "work desk" there's nowhere to plug in a computer unless you crawl on the floor to unplug the refrigerator.

At first glance in our room, it was good. Then noticed there was trash from the previous guest still in the trash. The fact that i had to ask for toilet paper twice to be replaced was ridiculous. Im sure the cleaning staff noticed the few times they did clean up. They didnt clean up much because we didnt require it, but when they did they didnt replace toilet paper or anything else. We arent picky. The trash from the previous customers wasnt bad until they didnt clean it up when they did "clean up". Maybe it was just our floor. Who knows.
Nice pool, friendly staff and comfortable beds. Breakfast was really quite good for an included buffet. The public areas look very dated and worn, but the actual room was very nice. Like most hotels, the sound proofing was poor.
The location was great. However, the room smelled really bad, it seems like someone peed on a room. When I raised the AC, small was better. But the left side of the TV stand, the smell didn’t go away. It was late, so we went to sleep. We left early the next morning. The hotel was a lot older than the pictures online, I was not impressed. I have not been disappointed with Four Point by Sheraton. We were happy we are just happy that we were there for one night.
The guest rooms: beds are extremely comfortable, the showers had excellent hot water + air conditioning in guest rooms was perfect.
The 1st floor of the hotel needs major Interior Design work, flow & updating. Dining area messy 7 food not pleasing. Carpet in hallways dirty and walls need artwork. Not worth the $350/per night paid & we were expecting a lot more from a Sheraton. We booked 6 months in advance.
Bed was very comfortable. Room clean. Workers were busy, yet friendly. Good job by check-in. Breakfast was good. The young man bussing tables was extremely busy Saturday morning, but kept a great attitude.
Ice machine on 4th floor was not working.

I would like expect more for the hotel brand. It was too noisy and couldn't sleep
