"We enjoyed the fact that it was very peaceful once we were in our unit. The water pressure in the shower has a great water pressure. The towels were fluffy and absorbent. The drink caddy was topped up daily. The safety aspect of handrails for the stairs and along the balcony was also appreciated especially when it had been raining. The undercover parking was also appreciated by us. Thank you for making our first bit to the South Island an amazing experience. Kind regards to the C Motel...

"Nice hotel, short walk to all the shops and restaurants. Very close to the Casino, and the Tram pick up is right out front. The Bar has some good Happy Hour specials everyday. The Staff were all very nice. We would stay there again."

"A very warm and friendly welcome, 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate; it is on the corner of Madras and Bealey (very busy) but even though we are light sleepers, we slept like logs. Highly recommend and would happily stay again. Off street parking was great."

"Beautiful rooms and communal areas. The lobby and courtyard are beautifully decorated. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. AC/heater was easy to use, as well as the spa bath. Really happy with our stay here, was well worth the value for money and would recommended staying here again."

"Location good about a km to walk into town over the Avon River. Plenty of food places once in town. Only negative was I stayed on a Saturday night and the boy racers were hooning up and down street so was a little noisy thankfully this didn’t last all night."
