"What a beautiful place in an idyllic setting. Our room was extremely spacious and could have benefited from a portable air conditioning unit as we were located at the top of the building but the heat didn’t detract from our experience. "Very basic hotel, check in was very limited with no info on hotel dining or other facilities. Not shown to the room and found no hand soap in bathroom. There was shower gel and shampoo. The room overlooked outside drinking and smoking area and could smell smoke if window open. All furniture was old and some pieces had been mended. Floor boards loose in some places. Admittedly the building is old and has character, but TLC required. "
