"Checking into this place is a nightmare. The "valet" parking just has people backed up 10 cars deep in the street. The whole operation is completely ineffecient. The breakfast is terrible. Literally terrible. You can tell no one cares about the quality. This hotel is busy literally because of the location. And they know it. I would advise all travelers to stay away."

"Found hair on the bed along with a stain on the sheets. Also found rose pedal in the room. A lot of noise from the bus station all night. You can hear the the bus announcements from the room. Cool place but terrible for parking and checking flow. One night and they charge me $68 for valet. The restaurant area was a cool space but a bit messy as in people cups and things not picked up. Staff was good though as far hospitality overall. Water pressure in the shower was awful."

"My daughter and I came for the Katseye concert and so, the hotel was extremely busy! You wouldn’t have ever known though, if you didn’t see all the people because the staff were amazing! I was running late and they were so helpful with parking our car and getting us checked in super quickly! The room was super clean and beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was packed but they never ran out of anything and it tasted great! I never review but I was actually super impressed with my stay!"

"The property was clean and well maintained, as was the room. The breakfast offering was one of the better ones I have been to. The only disappointing aspect was the paid parking. I don't like to be nickel and dimed. Add it to the room rate if you must squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. I don't like to be surprised when I show up at a property."
