"Ashley was tremendous in her job on the desk. She greeted customers and was always upbeat. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met in the hotel industry. She should be acknowledged by the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was outstanding in one day. We came too late and the lady working the breakfast opened up the back room and allowed us to get some bagels and other things. It was a joy to stay at this hotel. The room was updated and very comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say...

"Propery needs serious room upgrades. Furniture old, worn, couches stained and drooping. Pool out of service this stay and before on my stay here few months prior. Checkout staff curt and uninterested in my stay. Checkout at 12 but breakfast shuts down by 9:30. Barely a 2 star hotel. Needs some serious attention in a lot of areas. Price for stay is competitive, but much better hotels in the area for only a few more bucks. Go elsewhere........"

"The woman (didn't catch her name) at the front desk when I checked was very nice to deal with. I requested a room on the top floor that would be quiet. She put me in a room at the end of the hall, and it was perfectly quiet. The room was very clean and well appointed. The breakfast the next morning was good, although I wish there had been more than one flavor of yogurt, but it was still good. I've had good experiences with Comfort Suites, and will continue to favor them when selecting a hotel."

"I got stuck in Charlotte when my flight was canceled and needed a nearby hotel to get some sleep and a shower. I chose an airport hotel with airport shuttle service so that I could quickly get to the hotel (it was already pretty late at night) and then back to the airport first thing in the morning. I called for the shuttle when I arrived at the shuttle station and was told it would be 10-15 minutes. After 20 minutes I called and was told that they did not know where the driver was. She was not...
