"Extremely disappointed. Advertised as one thing (apparently Hotels.com won’t let me say what, so I have had to re word my initial complaint), when I checked in, I was given something completely different.
Suffice to say, when I booked I was not expecting to be staying in a bedroom in someone’s house.
Unable to get a refund dispute the proof I supplied that the booking was misrepresented.
Please avoid

"Lovely setting, and wonderful opportunity to pop next door to see the raptors (and to hear them during your stay!). The accommodation is basic (think university halls of residence) but a reasonable size, the bathroom of the unit we had was huge.
