"It was the perfect place to crash before an early flight. The room was clean and just what we needed. We did not get breakfast but when we walked by it looked like a wonderful spread. The staff was helpful and upbeat even with checking in at 23:00. The walk from the train station was well described if not the most comfortable late at night."

"Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir konnten nicht bis 23 Uhr einchecken, da wurde uns sehr unbürokratisch geholfen, damit wir ins Hotel kommen könnten.
Das Hotel ist sehr verkehrsgünstig gelegen, direkt an einer Schnellstraße. In der Nähe ist, außer ein großes Einkaufszentrum , nicht so viel.
Das Frühstück ist sehr französisch, also eher eine Kleinigkeit"

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."

"Stayed here as was diverted from Zurich. Got in very late. Staff at desk was helpful. Got to room. Looked dated and in need of renovating. Carpet looked stained. Turned down bed and there was a stain on the sheet. It had been washed but was still stained right at the head of the bed. Shouldn't use sheets like that. Pillows smelled of other people's heads. Bathroom nice but cracked tiles on floor and in shower. Tiles on bathroom wall and floor grouting had mold. For a hotel of this quality and...
