Resor & Hotel dengan Spa di Ebensee

"We liked our room, location (close to train station), and breakfast. Unfortunately no left luggage facility. We had to leave our bags in the hotel lobby."

"I expected a staffed boutique hotel, especially given its confusing layout. We arrived at 6:00 p.m. and found no staff present. The four pages of check-in instructions were entirely in German, and the entrance we were directed to use was not working. This made getting inside and locating our room unnecessarily difficult. "Close to shopping. River view was lovely."

"Hotel reception staff made it slightly complicated and unwelcoming experience. Staff did try to help but made me feel that as i have booked with Expedia hence they can not help us and suggested to book directly with hotel. Location is okay not brilliant. This hotel can do a lot better if customers relationship is kept on focus. Some staff members were very helpful. Breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing Spa facilities were great. Location of this hotel is okay."
