There is a wonderful little park across the street with room to run and jump. The staff were excellent in their service, support and friendly demeanor. The rooms were large and comfortable while breakfast was more than adequate by European standards. You have access to Vienna by car and Hinterbruhl and Modling as well. We even enjoyed the big mall...

No desk check in was a little odd, but we were able to get into our room, just before midnight on the day we checked in with no issues. It was very warm in the room and in the hallway outside, though the lobby area was clearly air conditioned, no problem at night as we were able to open our windows to let the cool night air in.
