"We, a family 5 with 7 & 10 yrs old girls, stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean; all mentioned amenities were available. The walkable distance to Station made our trip possible. Our flight was at 6PM, we tried to communicate with hotel owner and cleaner to extend us from 10AM to 12AM. After their discussion, we were given the extra 2 hours to stay with no cost. This meant a lot to us. We really appreciated their consideration and generosity! I will recommend this stay in Tokyo!"

"This was our fourth stay at Keio Plaza, and we’ve already booked our next trip in December—that probably says it all! We love the location. It’s right by Shinjuku, so we can easily walk to shops, restaurants, and nightlife, but it’s not smack in the middle of the noise and chaos. It’s the perfect balance. "Might be the best hotel I have ever stayed in. We had upgraded us to premier status, which included a separate lounge and check-in. It felt as good return on the money. The lounges were available to other guests too, for a separate fee. So the services are reachable to all. We have stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels before, but Keio Plaza has been the brightest among stars. "
