"Ein Wunderbares Hotel und Preislich auch in Ordnung alles hat soweit gepasst. Das Personal allerdings lässt zu wünschen übrig nicht unbedingt sehr Freundlich. Tipp für alle mit Abendgarderobe vermutlich kein Problem."

"This is our second time at Mooons Hotel. We really like the decor, room comfort, breakfast buffet and staff friendliness. It is 4 minutes walking distance from Wien Hbf train station which has a nice food court for quick eats. The Son Kitchen at the train station food court is a really good Thai food kitchen which is cooked fresh by wok. We will definitely return to this hotel which is also close to major sights or close by Uber."

"Our bathroom drain was broken , room 424. There were pieces on the bathroom floor. The room never got cool. The front desk was often unmanned"

"Great stay! The people were very friendly and helpful. They gave great advice as well about the city and they helped me with getting the Vienna City Pass. The room was clean and spacious and I liked the way it was decorated. Colorful, tropical vibe."

"Die Unterkunft war soweit sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Was gar nicht gut war, war die Temperatur im Zimmer außen 35 Grad im Zimmer wahrscheinlich das gleiche. Leider war nur sehr schwer auzuhalten. Fenster konnte man eigentlich nicht aufmachen. Da direkt die Gleise der Züge waren. Wir werden diese Hotel nicht mehr buchen."

"Good location right next to the U-Bahn so easy to get about. Nice, clean and modern. We had buffet breakfast one morning, which was OK. Probably best to grab and breakfast on the move. They have a car park which cost €22 per 24 hours"

"Great rooms and excellent service. Breakfast was good too. Very close the railway station if you like to travel around the city and the locality. My only adverse comment would be in respect of noise from the station during the night. We had a room facing the station on the 15th floor. I would suggest that you try to get a room that doesn't face the station."

"We are on a multiweek tour through Europe and this was a lovely find. We recently stayed 4 nights.The hotel is tastefully decorated, well organized, and the staff was wonderful. It even smelled nice throughout the property. We did not try any of the amenities, so I cannot comment on those. Location wise, it is great. There are plenty of places to eat and do some quick shopping in the immediate area. It is very close to tram and bus stops, and the neighborhood felt clean and safe even after...

"The hotel was perfectly situated for our needs. It is close to all of the major attractions and restaurants, yet is nestled on a quiet side street. The staff was very amenable, especially the wait-staff at the Houdini Restaurant located in the hotel (dinner there was excellent!)! Our room (Executive Double Room) was well-appointed, comfortable, and quiet. I would definitely stay here again."
