"I would like to say that my Husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Element Hotel downtown Calgary! The staff were amazing to say the least! The rooms are immaculate, comfortable and there was everything we needed and more in our room. And the bathroom was beautiful, very clean and roomy. I am an elderly lady who uses a walker to get around and I had not one problem with our room. Excellent lay out And also the staff in the Restaurant on the 12th floor were a wonderful a great crowd so friendly. Great atmosphere! Food was delicious and the views were amazing! "First time staying here. It was very nice and reasonably comfortable. Never met any staff which was a first for me but access was fine. The bed was a very soft; too soft for my liking but I slept fine thankfully. The fireplace in the room was great and the bathroom and shower were perfect. Parking was a bit challenging at times but thankfully it worked out. One of the spots was taken up by a truck that was being worked on which made an already challenging situation for parking more so. It was nice being close to where I needed to go so that was great and one of the reasons I chose this location. Overall, things were good."
