"our room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful, standard breakfast was good and plenty of parking. Our room was a little outdated, but, clean.
Overall was a good experience."
"This is an older hotel. But they do a great job of maintaining it, and the rooms are very big and clean. The front desk staff is very nice and they have free breakfast."

"This is for room 606. Checking in was fine. No problems with getting into our room. Staff accommodated my request for extra towels and a sheet for the pullout sofa promptly. The main problem I had was the condition of the bathroom. It was apparent that a leak had occurred by the quick repair job left on the ceiling above the shower, which normally I wouldn't think twice about. But since the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan to remove the steam, and the repair didn't really appear to have been fully dried before use, the ceiling had several spots where black mold had developed. Not the kind of thing I would expect at this hotel or the type of thing I would want to have associated with a hotel if I worked there. 2nd issue was the pay for parking in a dedicated lot, that didn't include any security besides the arm to keep cars out. No fencing or security personnel was there which I would expect to see if you are charging $25.00 extra to.park there. And lastly, not as big of deal as the previous two items, but when traveling with kids that have been cooped up in a small space for a majority of the day, it would have been nice to have them get some energy out in the pool. Unfortunately, the pool had so much chlorine in it, while standing in 3 feet deep water I could hardly see my feet it was so cloudy. Not something I wanted to swim in, let alone have my children play in. Overall disappointing."
"I travel for work and have been staying at this hotel for the past few weeks. It was fine until I woke up the other morning to a BEDBUG actively crawling from under the mattress by the headboard. And there was another smaller one of the bed sheet. I jumped up and got a napkin to catch it and put it in a ziploc bag for proof. I never sleep under the hotel covers for this very reason. I was so disgusted and I told the clerk at the front desk and asked to be moved to the other side of the building but they only had a room 2 doors down. I asked if I could be compensated for my stress and inconvenience as I had to quickly switch rooms and rush to work. I didn’t have time to go find another hotel after I had already paid for 3 nights. Still haven’t talked to the hotel manager yet and no one seemed overly concerned. That hotel needs to be rid of BEDBUGS. I WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! I’m sure theyve already rented the room to someone else. ROOM 310 and who knows how many other rooms. JUST DISGUSTING!!!"
"On the whole, we were very pleased with this property, the newness, the cleanliness, the excellent breakfast choices, and the helpfulness of the staff. There were only two issues we encountered, the first of which was a $20/day fee for parking in their (open air) parking lot. One of the reasons I selected this property was because it offered free parking. That was not the case, and even the person who checked us in admitted that that information was not on the website.
The second issue we encountered was in the handicap accessible room we reserved. The room was lovely and spacious, however the door to the room was so heavy that one of us could not open it alone. I could only imagine the inability to open it at all if one of us had been in a wheelchair or using a walker. It would have been impossible. Additionally, while the bathroom was large and very clean, the bathtub was so slippery that we had to hang on to the bars when showering for fear of slipping and/or falling. We would suggest providing an optional bath mat, at least in the handicap accessible rooms to prevent this sort of mishap.
We would love to stay at this property again should plans bring us back to Montgomery. However it would be helpful if these issues were addressed for anyone coming, especially older people or those with disabilities."
