"We had a one night stay. The hotel is an older hotel but in good condition. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was good. Great view from our room!
The pool was fun. However the pool area is in need of a deep clean and an update. Multiple used bandaids and a piece of gum on the pool deck. The pool deck looked to be grimy. Absolutely needs to be attended to more frequently. Pool liner is old and has a "dirty" look to it. We stayed for the pool facility, however would choose this...
"Stayed there with my friends for a photo trip and it was the best part. We stayed in the cabin so all had our own beds. That place had everything you could want for a nice Banff stay… maybe except a TV … we needed to watch our twilight saga … WiFi might also be a bit hard to get but not a dealbreaker at all… plus you would get off your phone anyways hahah "
